This session provides the space for you to relax into a state of deep peace and connection with all there is. It includes slow paced stretching and meditations for deep peace and relaxation as well as spiritual guidance. The goal is to release all fear, empower in faith, patience, peace, and balance. This is the time to reflect on your day and self and see what there is to learn from. Or you may just relax and allow your mind to clear for healing and peace. In this class you have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of yourself and what you need to do to be in a state of peace and equilibrium.
